Preparatory Course For Admission To Government Schools (Secondary 1/2/3) – Short Term
(Course Code: SS4)
Foreign students who wish to build up their standard in English and/ or Mathematics and at the same time consider a longer term of study in Singapore are welcome to take the short term courses (SS4).
Course Objectives
The Preparatory Course is designed to prepare international students to sit for the Admission Exercise for International Students (AEIS) Test for admission into Singapore Government Primary and Secondary Schools.

Learning is mainly in a classroom setting.

- English Placement Tests (first day)
- Written tests and examinations
- Assignments and project work
Students may need to sign up for one or more of the following external tests/exams: AEIS (Admissions Exercise for International Students), S-AEIS (Supplementary Admissions Exercise for International Students), Entrance tests / exams conducted by individual schools.
- Student must attain a minimum of 90% attendance to complete the course.
- A certificate will be awarded upon course completion
